Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Assistant to join their established business based in Maidstone, Kent. 

The role entails

  • Posting onto Sage software
  • Client invoicing and fee queries 
  • Dealing with all aspects of the firms direct debit system for collecting fees from its clients 
  • Balance and maintain all three ledgers 

A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience

  • Experience using Sage software would be beneficial
  • Good communication skills and a friendly approach with clients 
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Previous experience working as an accounts assistant would be beneficial

The salary for this role is between £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience 

This is a Full Time role
