Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Assistant to join their expanding accountancy practice based in Manchester
The role entails
- Bookkeeping and preparing bank reconciliations for the purpose of VAT returns and management and statutory accounts
- Speaking to clients in order to deal with any queries
- Working at client premises as part of an outsourced accounts team
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience
- Experience working in a firm of accountants
- Experience speaking to clients
- AAT qualified would be beneficial
- Experience using Xero and ReceiptBank
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
