Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an Admin Assistant to join their established IT Support company based in Maidstone, Kent

The role entails:

  • Assisting the office manager with general administrative tasks
  • Taking calls from clients and providing a good level of customer service 
  • Posting sales invoices onto Sage 
  • Posting purchase invoices onto Sage 
  • Bank reconciliations 
  • Assisting with ISO 

A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working as an Admin Assistant 
  • A good telephone manner 
  • Experience using Sage 50
  • Experience with ISO would be advantageous 

The salary for this role is up to £22,000 depending on experience 

This is a full time role
