Venrec are recruiting for a Junior Administrator on behalf of our client; a successful firm of Chartered Accountants based in Newport, Isle of Wight



The role entails;

  • Answering the phone and making calls to clients
  • Opening the post and scanning it into the relevant folders 
  • Filing 
  • Making drinks 
  • Arranging meetings 
  • Updating the firms diary on outlook
  • Greeting clients that come into the office
  • Contacting client's requesting various information, records etc. 
  • Responding to emails that come through; and directing them to the relevant people 
  • Preparing and sending the post


A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;

  • Having organisational skills and being able to ensure that all tasks are completed within the allotted time
  • Having a good telephone voice (being clear)
  • Experience making accurate notes would be beneficial
  • Being well presented 

This role would be a great first for someone wanting a career in administration
