Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Sittingbourne, Kent for an Administrator
This is a key role in their LGV training team
The role entails:
- Booking LGV driving and theory tests for learners
- Booking medical assessments
- Handling licence applications
- Handling digital tachograph card applications
- Coordinating the instructors diaries and ensuring that all training is completed efficiently
- Collating all learners results
- Inputting funding data and completing funding claims
- Dealing with any enquiries
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience
- Previous experience working in an admin position
- The ability to work in a busy and varied environment
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
The salary for this role is £20,000
The hours for this position are 08:00 - 17:00 with an hour lunch break
