Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an Administrator to join their established business based in Sittingbourne, Kent. Our client is a leading provider of logistics skill training and offer a range of Government and employer funded courses. This is an exciting opportunity to join a very established company where you will be able to grow and develop within a busy and varied environment.
This role will largely involve working to tight deadlines within the companies funded training team.
This role entails:
- Updating learner records
- liaising with learners day-to-day: face to face, through Zoom, telephone and email
- Scanning, photocopying and entering financial funding claim data
- Dealing with any other administration duties
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within a similar role
- Experience using Zoom
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
The salary for this position is £20,000
