Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Sittingbourne, Kent for a Central Admin Co-ordinator 

This is a key role in their LGV training team

The role entails:

  • Booking LGV driving and theory tests for learners 
  • Booking medical assessments 
  • Handling licence applications 
  • Handling digital tachograph card applications
  • Coordinating the instructors diaries and ensuring that all training is completed efficiently 
  • Collating all learners results 
  • Inputting funding data and completing funding claims
  • Dealing with any enquiries 

A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience 

  • Previous experience working in an admin position 
  • The ability to work in a busy and varied environment 
  • Excellent organisation skills 
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal 

The salary for this role is £22,000
