Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in North Kent for Class 1 Drivers based on a temp to perm basis.
Successful candidates will be provided training on pressurised bulk tankers and the roll on roll off combi vehicle.
The role includes:
- Driving an LGV2 combi (roll on roll off) vehicle delivering + picking up silos
- Driving an LGV 1 Bulk tanker (X2 jobs per shift)
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- A full valid Class 1 Driving licence
- A valid Digital Tachograph and CPC card
- No more than 6 points or a DD or DR
- Flexibility to drive bespoke vehicles.
Other details:
- Hours of work is Monday to Friday starting between 05:00 hours – 06:00 hours, based on 10 – 11 hours per day (with a 45-minute break)
- The rate of pay is £15.52 per hour + holiday pay
- Time and a half after 48 hours worked
- Once full time with our client the salary is £38,734
