Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an LGV 1 Driver to join their base in Medway.
This role offers the chance for an immediate start
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience
- Held your licence for at least 3 years
- Valid CPC and digital tachograph card
- Experience operating plant machinery as this will be the load on the vehicle
- Experience loading and unloading plant machinery is essential as you will be delivering to the construction industry
- A CSCS card holder would be ideal but this is not essential
This role entails
- Delivering plant machinery to sites across the region and will involve the safe loading and unloading of plant machinery as per delivery instructions.
- This role will require flexibility of working days (including some nights out and weekends) dependant on the business needs, as shift patterns are likely to change on a weekly basis
This is a 'Temp to Perm' role whereby you will be initially employed through the agency before transferring, subject to suitability, to the company's direct employ
The hourly pay rate for this role:
Monday - Friday (06:00 - 18:00) = £13.00
Monday - Friday (18:00 - 06:00) = £14.00
Saturday (All shifts) = £16.50
Sunday (All shifts) = £18.00
Bank Holiday (All shifts) = £18.50
Nights out UK = £26
