Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client, one of Kent’s leading recruitment Agencies for a Full-Time Recruiter. This role will be based at their Sittingbourne branch. This exciting new role has been identified as part of a progressive expansion programme being put in place to broaden the offering of our client's staffing operations in Kent and beyond.
Recruitment of all types is a multi-faceted operation and involves a process from Clients through Resourcing to Placement. Our client has identified the need for dedicated Resourcers who are able to convert application responses from advertisements to active workers. This will be achieved through the use of Zoom and Telephone calls and so extensive process management and communication skills are essential.
Outline of the role
- Monday to Friday (normal office hours) based in their Sittingbourne office
- This role has multitudes of avenues to pursue and so would suit a candidate who is a self-starter
- A successful candidate should be able to work independently and efficiently
- This role will involve speaking to both internal customers and candidates and so a successful candidate will be confident speaking both on the phone and on video conferencing tools such as Zoom
- Experience dealing with candidates in the Warehouse and Driving sectors is essential
Initially, the salary is Circa £25,000 plus commission. Our client has estimated that potential on target earnings would be approximately £30,000
