Venrec are pleased to be recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Maidstone, Kent
About us:
- Venrec are a progressive permanent recruitment agency which was established in 2018. We are now looking to add an additional permanent recruitment consultant to our team to assist with our demand.

- We recruit for multiple sectors, including but not limited to: Accountancy, Care, Admin/Office staff, Construction, IT, Sales, Logistics and Training.
The role entails:
- Interviewing candidates - through telephone, Zoom or face to face
- Assisting candidates through the whole recruitment process
- Generating new clients and leads through marketing
- Building and developing relationships with clients through regular contact
- Admin tasks - formatting CV's, arranging interviews, etc.
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- The ability to self-motivate
- Confidence speaking with both clients and candidates
The salary for this position is between £20,000 - £25,000 + commission
