Remote Recruitment Consultant - Work from Home

Venrec are recruiting on behalf of our client, a very successful Recruitment and Training company for a Home Working Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. They are looking to expand into different areas of the country, creating strategic bases alongside other elements of Business. This role would be supported by the team based in their Kent head office and is viewed as an opportunity to set up and develop a Business reflective of the Business as a whole in their varied sectors of trade. This is a Work from Home position.

Our client is particularly interested in candidates located in:

  • Exeter
  • Tewksbury
  • London

A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Recruitment experience in a senior role (experience of recruitment in the Driving / Industrial sectors would be beneficial)
  • Having experience working in a target driven role
  • The ability to work under pressure and to organise their work load effectively
  • The ability to work remotely
  • Driving licence and own vehicle essential
  • Having experience with Microsoft products including word, outlook and excel

The role entails:

  • Filling temporary placements
  • Pro-actively approaching potential clients about the services that the company offer
  • Signing up new candidates in person or on line
  • Using social media/advertising channels to increase candidate numbers
  • Attend client meetings where necessary
  • Achieving targets and KPI’s agreed between you
  • Attending meetings at the head office based in Sittingbourne, Kent or via video conferencing periodically.
  • It is likely that you will also have the opportunity to base yourself as an alternative at offices along the above corridor as our client will soon have a number of new training locations down this entire stretch of Motorway.

Salary:

  • Our client offers a generous basic salary and bonus structure (which is flexible for the right person), with remote team support initially. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to run and develop their own remote branch with the support of a well-established business (this is not a franchise)
  • It is likely that a successful candidate would be earning circa £50k -£70k pro rata per annum by the end of the first year as a minimum. Commissions are uncapped and 6 figure earnings would be achievable for a truly driven professional.
