Venrec are pleased to be recruiting for a Semi Senior Accountant to join our clients firm of Chartered Accountants based in Dudley.
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
- AAT qualified or studying ACCA or ICAEW
- Bookkeeping experience
- At least 2 years experience working in a firm of accountants
- Previous experience working as a semi senior accountant
- Accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Preparing business and corporation tax computations
- Experience preparing VAT returns
- Experience contacting clients to resolve any queries to finalise accounts
- Previous use of Sage and Xero
The salary for this role is between £17,000 - £23,000 depending on experience
