Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client, an established charity based in Canterbury, Kent for a Service Manger (Partnerships) to join their growing team

The role entails (but is not limited to):

  • Managing the day to day delivery and improvement of services 
  • Monitoring the effectiveness and quality of services and ensuring that they have a suitable level of impact 
  • Developing strategies for how the services can be improved and developed
  • Maintaining and developing effective partnerships both inside and outside of the charity, enabling an effective support pathway for service users
  • Ensuring that services operate within budgets, and suggesting ways to improve this

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant qualification in management at level 3 or above or a commitment to work towards one
  • Previous experience collaborating and working with multiple partner operations
  • Experience making independent decisions and managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A full driving licence and access to a car
  • An understanding of the health and social care landscape

The salary for this position is £27,800
