Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Transport Administrator to join their fast moving Transport Operation based within Teynham, Kent
This position is based on a shift pattern Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00
The role entails
- Uploading information on to companies transport management system
- Tracking vehicles and liaising with fleet department for service requirements
- General administration duties
- Using bespoke transport systems as well as MS Excel/Word/Outlook
- Tracking returns
- Dealing with claims
A successful candidate will be

- Confident dealing with both administration and drivers
- Happy to work in a busy working environment
The pay for this role is £10.72 per hour + holiday pay and there will be the opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate.
