Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Transport Night Operator to join their fast moving Transport Operation based within Teynham, Kent
This position is based on a shift pattern of Wednesday-Saturday 19:00-07:00.
The role entails
- Communicating with drivers throughout shift from pre-brief through to de-brief
- Uploading information on to companies transport management system
- Pre-planning and resourcing next day’s schedule
- Tracking vehicles and liaising with fleet department for service requirements
- General administration duties
- Taking incoming calls from customers internal and external
- Liaising with other departments in the business
- Using bespoke transport systems as well as MS Excel/Word/Outlook

The pay for this role is £10.79 per hour + holiday pay and there will be the opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate.
